Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
• Making contact via website or email with Julie Pearson Design
• Making a purchase from Julie Pearson Design
We use the information that you have given us to inform clients of updates and promotions by Julie Pearson Design

Your information is securely stored.
We keep client contact detail for six months from first contact. We will then delete your information from records.

Refund & Calculation policy

We’re sorry you’re not in love with your purchase. Please send an email to julie@juliepearsonuk.com with your order number within 10 days of receiving your product, we’ll take care of the rest.

Goods can only return it if it’s damaged or not as described, or can they return it if it didn't meet expectations?
Returns have to be returned in the original packaging? unless damaged.
The customer pays for their return if they decide if the product is not suitable.
Damaged or faulty goods will be paid for by Julie Pearson Design. photographs will be required of packaging and goods.
If Julie Pearson Design sends the customer the wrong order, they will re-send the right one express? They will you pay for the extra shipping costs? or give full refund on the purchase.
The original goods should be returned at the cost to Julie Pearson Design.

Customers will receive store credit for a future purchase, if they wish to return stock or cancel after 24 hours.

After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
